Pay Your Tuition & Fees Online

Use your checking account or credit & debit card.  

Online Payment

  • Click the button below to go to the Online Payment Login screen.
  • At the Online Payment Login screen, enter your SID, PIN, the Quarter, and click on GET CHARGES
  • If you have charges, the college Account Balance screen will open showing your SID, name, and amount owed.  How do you want to pay?  Click the appropriate button for Electronic Check or Credit/Debit Card.
  • If you set up a US Bank registered account before December 4, 2016, you will be required to reset your password. The password must be 8-16 alphanumeric characters and requires as least one number and one letter. Your User ID and password can no longer be identical values.
  • You will be transferred to the US Bank site.  Log in or register.  Follow instructions to make your payment. If you receive a message stating "The system is unable to process your request at this time", press the BACK browser button to move to the bank's payment screen. If that is not successful, please clear the cache in your browser.

  • To check your online payment on the US Bank website, click the button below.
  • Log in to the bank's site and follow the instructions to manage your account, review pending/prior payments, and/or update your profile.

  • Partial online payments will not hold your classes past the tuition due date! You must pay for ALL registered classes on or before tuition is due. The tuition due date is listed on the main Online Student Services menu — be sure to make your payment in advance of that date.
  • Plan Ahead. The website may be busy on tuition due date, and the cashier lines may be long.
  • Banking Hours: Banking transactions are available 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. 
  • Posting: Payments made before 3 p.m. will be posted to your student account the next business day. Payments made after 3 p.m. or on weekends / holidays will be posted to your student account in two business days.
