Hints and Help
If you're having trouble accessing your records or have any questions regarding these services, please read the following information:
  1. Warning! Its is important to return to the MAIN MENU screen when you are finished with the Kiosk. This is to protect the privacy of your records.
  2. This web based information site is offered for currently and previously enrolled students.

  3. KIOSK hours are 3am to 10pm, seven days a week.

  4. If you were denied access to your records there are various reasons, some of them are:
    • Did you try during the hours the kiosk is available?
    • Some records have "holds" on them depending on the students situation.
    • Students with outstanding debts can not access their records.
    • If you attended several years ago you may need to order your records by mail or in person as a signature of release is required.
  5. We welcome your suggestions about the Student Online Services.

  6. Your default PIN is your birth date. The date February 4, 1999 produces the PIN 20499. The date November 4, 1999 produces the PIN 110499.
